So I fulfilled a dream and began working for one of the great Chateaux of Bordeaux. Chateau Langoa & Leoville Barton are second and third growth which goes back to the great Bordeaux Classification of 1855. Napoleon III requested that the finest wine producers of Bordeaux be classified into a tier system. This classification still holds today with 1st, 2nd and 3rd growth wines fetching high prices. Below are some photos of my first two weeks working at the Chateau.
